Gretna Grillin' is a delicious halloumi-style, easy-to-love cheese. It is a semi-soft, buttery flavored, non-melting artisan cheese made from pasteurized whole cow's milk. When browned in a sizzling hot skillet it forms a beautiful golden crust. Serve it grilled, baked, grated on pasta, or with fruit. This cheese was named after a hamlet in Logan County.

OMG, a cheese you can GRILL yessssss I'm in love!!! I have THEE pickyest hubby ever when it comes to food. In fact he's not a fan of cheese in general. However I HAD to order 3 packages just so I can get mine(he steals it as fast as I can GRILL it)!!!!! Lol

This cheese is absolute perfection. It is slightly salty, sweet, and fries to the perfect consistency! I can not get enough of this cheese! I have shared it with many friends and they all go nuts over this wonderful cheese!
